I'm 5'2" and although I loved the idea of the "tailored reach," in practice, it didn't help me. I think somebody about 3-4" taller would find it useful though. The other thing I would say is that by using the "tailored reach" you also lose some seat space so make sure you measure and plan accordingly.

We bought this for my Father-in-Law. He is 90 years old and has just recently having trouble getting up from the dinner table. We had them over for dinner and had him try the chair out. He loved it because it has a long chair seat and it can sit higher. He was able to get up from the table no problem. We took it over to his house and he is loving it.

Wanted the Arlington serta but were out of stock. Like Arlington better. Thought I liked these better at first, but after a few days the support is not as good as Arlington Serta model.

I bought this chair for use in my home office. It is so comfortable. I am so glad I found it. It is also just a beautiful piece of furniture. I recommended it to my friend and she has had a heck of a time finding one in stock. I suppose so many people have felt like me and bought them all!

Love the lumbar support. Best I’ve ever seen or experienced. I bought three chairs and absolutely love them.

I liked how padded this chair was, but the back would not sit straight up, even with it set all the way up. It leans back so far that I am almost laying back when sitting against it. I have to lean forward when trying to work so it’s very uncomfortable after a few minutes because it does not support my back. I had to return it. It was very easy to put together. Amazon has excellent customer service! I ended up purchasing a different model of Serta chair and it sits up straight. I would have preferred the seat and lumbar support on this one, but have the back part of the other one. That would make a perfect chair for me.
