Q: What is the smallest diameter this will handle? Thanks!

I got a good grip on a 7/8” diameter rod. Less than that is problematic - but can be solved. Apply a layer of non-slip material around the work piece. Sheet rubber is ideal; rubber bands will work. Then apply a substantial layer of flexible fabric such as felt or canvas to achieve a diameter of >1”. The wrench strap will ‘bite’ the fabric against the non-slip, which will grip the work sufficiently to achieve the task.

Q: What does this mean - Pipe capacity is 2'' and tube capacity is 9''? I have a 3"diameterpipe; will it work?

2" pipe is small pipe and it will work on a 2" steel pipe. 9"t ube is large tube as in PVC. Also means this will work on any 2" to 9" pipe or tube. It works really well I've used it a lot around the pool.

Q: Is this made in China and will it work on a sloped housing 2" in diameter?

Do not know where it is made. It does work on 2" diameter
