This product is amazing and it helps during and after working out. I even use it on days I don’t workout. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in not having knee pain when I’m working or any other time. This is definitely a good product. I wish it was less expensive. The taste is pretty good; leaves a slight after taste but it’s not horrible considering the benefits are amazing

Not only does this work great but the mango passion tastes great, even in water. That is a huge bonus because no matter how effective these drinks can be, if they are gross the routine won't last long (at least for me). I usually feel it kick-in within 20 minutes and it does not make me jittery.The only thing I would recommend is understanding the difference between the 3 types they offer before purchasing (if you only plan on purchasing 1). I got the "intra-workout" not really intentionally, I just didn't know to look. It's not a bad thing, just different than a pre-workout. The Pro (which I really do like) is that it wears off quicker than a pre-workout. Which is great if, like me, you workout after work. I'm not up all night with the jitters, but have the extra kick I need to make it to the gym.The Con is that it wears off quickly - not so good for a Saturday morning when you want to spend an hour in the gym & still have energy to get other things done.Since the above is more a personal observation & not a shortfall of the product by any means, I'm still giving it 5 stars :).

I've been using Her Amino Burners for a while now and I am absolutely in love with this product!! It's clean energy, no crash which I love, I don't get all red and flushed after using like some other fat burbers. When I keep to a healthy eating routine and working out I lean out, and keep the bloating to a minimal, which is Awesome!! As for the BCAAs, I noticed If I run out and wait to get a new supply my muscles are super sore and fatigued. But when I stay consistent with them my body feels amazing, strong and my muscle definition is great, toned and tight!! I use this with my pre workout on heavy lifting days and a scoop in my half gallon of water for the day!! Keeps my energy up, attitude positive and fuels my body!! This is definitely a must try product, I own my own personal training company and I have all my girls and friends using the NLA for Her products!!

I've never used supplements before this so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I like this a lot! Been using it for about a month now during workouts. Caffeine doesn't do much for me, so I don't feel any more energized than usual. But I definitely notice myself sweating more during my workouts! My face gets more red than usual too, but I don't mind that. I do think it's been helping with recovery - I've had a couple of heavy legs days that normally would have me struggling to walk the next morning, but my soreness and length of soreness have decreased slightly. The mango passion flavor is great but definitely strong. I've found that mixing a scoop and a half with about 20 oz. of water is the perfect balance for me. I start drinking it on the drive to the gym so that by the time I finish my warmup, the thermogenics have kicked in, and then I drink the rest throughout my workout.There's only one reason I might not buy it again. I probably should have realized this before I bought it, but the thermogenic properties last for a lot longer than my usual hour and a half workouts. The first day I went to work after taking this at the gym a few hours earlier, I sweat through my work t-shirt almost instantly and continued to sweat for the remainder of my shift. I may end up buying the aminos w/o burner for days when considerable sweating post-workout is not ideal.

Not sure if this was supposed to happen but...I got 3 scoopers in my container so I'm concerned if it shorted me if the containers are weighed while packaging. Will buy again though.

Gives just enough energy without the jitters. Taste good as well

Didn't do nothing for me however did taste amazing and liked the fact u could drink right away or during workout or after

So for a preworkout, this is great! It wakes me up almost immediately and I feel good. I don’t feel super jittery. I usually drink one scoop when I wake up or right before I head to the gym, and then I put one scoop in my 24oz water bottle to drink during my workout and I feel energized for the duration of my workout. As for a fat burner, it’s meh. I didn’t expect much since I feel like it’s more a marketing ploy. I will say that the taste is the best! Sooo good. It tastes like a Gatorade.
