I searched high and low for a good calcium supplement. So glad I found this brand. The capsules are not that big to swallow and for 2 a day I get all the calcium I need plus it also gives you, D3, K2 and Vit B12 with no extra pill to take.

I have been taking these vitamins for a few months now. I hope they are boosting my bone strength. A future bone density will answer this question.

Vitamins are great easiest to swallow doesn’t leave a bad tasting your mouth not the best flavor but not too harsh either I’ve been using them for two weeks. I haven’t seen a difference yet hopefully within the next month or so.

Pills are easy to take and I haven’t noticed any side effects. I take them in the morning so I can take magnesium in the evening so there’s no interference or absorption. Will most likely purchase again.

These actually are good products I like the fact that it is two months supply it have quality and the quantity you need of each vitamin in your diet. It is pricey but it is worth the value because you get pretty much all the vitamin nutrients you need

Work very good. Nice size, not too big. Does not upset my stomach.
