Arrived as promised. I liked that it had the extra items that came with it the mask , the mask was actually useful last week when I traveled, the pillow worked, did it’s job, it takes a magician though to get it back in the “convenient travel case”. So had to hang from suitcase handle or keep it on my neck. Pillow was soft allowed me to sleep. The mask was the real bonus for me! Worth the $ for the complete set.

I've tried many pillows and as a petite, 5'2 female, this pillow felt comfortable and fit to my neck. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because the pillow didn't come in the original box and it was missing earplugs and eye mask.

I-love-this-travel-pillow!! The first thing I noticed was how small it came packaged; almost rolled into a little ball. At first I was like, "umm, how's this going to work and will it be big enough to fit comfortably around my head?" Once unpacked you immediately feel the softness and see the quality of the materials used. I purchased this for an upcoming flight to the West coast and I wanted something lightweight, practical and most of all - COMFORTABLE!! I received more than expected: 1st was the quality of the memory foam; very soft to the touch but firm enough to remain comfortable and retain its shape. Next, once I put it around my neck and adjusted the straps comfortably (for me), I could tell instantly that this was going to be a great pillow! The back of my head settled right in nicely and it sort of cradled my neck and ears gently giving me a snuggly comfortable fit. It was like the pillow instantly conformed itself at the base of the back of my head, rested around my ears and my chin felt a little tilted upwards giving me the feeling like I put on a high quality neck brace leaving me in complete comfort. The bottom/base of the pillow rested nicely on my shoulders and again, I felt a slight upward head tilt going on which enabled me to breath deeper and not feeling like I was being choked or experiencing any head drop to where my chin would uncomfortably squish down to my chest causing me to feel like I was suffocating. Nope! I never felt anything uncomfortable, in fact a few moments of wearing I was definitely ready for a nap! The icing on the cake were the eye blinders and the ear plugs! GAME OVER! I was asleep in no time! The blinders were a nice touch, good quality materials with an adjustable head strap and again soft to the touch. Once the blinders were on and adjusted for my comfort level, you could barely see any light coming thru whether you tilted your head up, down or side to side. After an hour nap I KNEW I had made a great purchase and rolling up the pillow back into the little carry bag was super easy. I would 100% purchase this item again! Please note, this IS NOT a paid review, but just some customer feedback to help share my buying experience with others so that you're able to make some sort of informed decision based on how the product worked for me. Give it a try, you will NOT be disappointed!

Nice larger pillow and it fits me snuggly, which I like (17.5" neck). Soft, comfortable. Not real compact for putting in a suitcase... but if you wear it while traveling then no issue. I've had many travel pillows and so far, I like the way this one is designed to cup your shoulders. It's a good quality pillow. (I'm getting a second one because the fit works perfectly for me.

I travel pretty often (not so much now because of the pandemic) so neck pillows are pretty important to me. I like this one because the memory foam is firm enough to hold your head in place, but soft enough to actually be comfortable. It has two drawstrings which you can use to adjust how tight it is around your neck and they have the option to connect as well if you don't want them dangling all over. The pillow's material is soft and not itchy or hot. This pillow comes with a sleep mask. Not the thin ones you get at Target, but a good quality one that's made of a possibly foam-like material that holds its mold. It's soft and the strings are adjustable so it's not tight around your eyes/ face. I have a lot of curly hair, so this feature is pretty great for me, plus there's no velcro to snag your hair on, but I digress. This also comes with earplugs in a tiny little case. I'll be honest, I have not opened or tried them out yet. They look like standard ear plugs for adults though. Maybe a bit too large for adults with smaller ear canals, I don't know. All of this comes in a personal little drawstring bag that you can roll up and put back inside easily. I tend to find putting stuff back into its bag a struggle because I have carpal tunnel, but this was pretty easy to roll up and stick inside. Once inside the bag, it's compact enough to shove into a large purse or your overnight bag; you don't have to tie a floppy pillow around your backpack or carryon.*Tip: when you first take the pillow out of the bag, put it on a flat surface and give it a chance to "open up". It looks very small and deflated at first, but give it a chance to straighten out. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied.
