This full-featured unit was easy to install in my non-JBL 2011 Camry, truly plug and play. I got it mostly for access to CarPlay, and that feature works as advertised, both wired and wirelessly. I ran into a few minor issues when configuring the features in the system and customizing the logo, but these related more to my inexperience with the Android operating system than any shortcoming with the unit, and the company’s customer service department was extremely prompt, patient and helpful in resolving them. They even provided some additional videos to walk me through the steps and generated a custom file for the logo using an image I provided. I could not be more pleased.

The pros. Fast delivery. Super easy to install. Inexpensive. Looks cool. All basic functions work. GPS is helpful and accurate.The cons. When you have just a few functions open simultaneously, it becomes very slow. It takes FOREVER to connect to wifi. Android auto app is VERY SLOW. Good luck getting the clock to keep correct time and date. Every single time the car is turned off and back on, it resets to eastern time zoneAndroid auto explaination: I paired my wife's phone and completed set up. The pairing and boot up sequence alone took 5 minutes. It took me about an hour of tweaking settings before Android auto became more user friendly. Even then, it's still very laggy

The unit installed without issue, but mere months later it crashes randomly. Wireless CarPlay is non-functional (the audio skips), requiring a wired connection. When wired, the unit will start skipping and/or crash randomly, rebooting itself or the CarPlay app.The audio is also very quiet. The maximum volume is around 50% of what’s possible through the stock Camry stereo, meaning an amplifier is required even to run the stock speakers at a reasonable volume.There’s a reason this unit is cheap - you get what you pay for.Update: I received one response from support, telling me to reset the unit. All subsequent replies ignored. The warranty is not honored - avoid this unit.

So I’ve bought several radios and this one has been the best yet for the price. Sound quality is amazing and function is overall great. So far no complaints and it’s easy and simple to use. Obviously looks great. So I highly recommend.

The radio arrived as described. It works exceptionally well. I do wish it had wired CarPlay vs Wireless. I find that the wired version works a little smoother but all in all, great setup and exceeded my expectations.

I have been using it for two years and still work good

After several months of use, i have to update it to be 1 star. The product keeps rebooting, more than once every day, even during backing up the car. Very disappointed!Pros1. Easy to install2. Still it does not filt perfectly with existing dash. The curvature is still a bit off

My boyfriend has installed a few stereos in different kinds a vehicles and he said this was the easiest one he’s done. It’s basically like having a tablet in your car, you can connect it to wifi, watch Netflix, download apps, use google chrome, etc. it uses “z links” to connect to CarPlay and android auto. Some features are a little confusing at first but they work. I use CarPlay with my iPhone and I’ve noticed my music skips like a scratched CD sometimes but not bad enough to bother me.
