I ordered this for an event and was a little apprehensive because I’m a bigger lady. The under portion was snug and came apart at the seam making more room. All in all, I was super pleased with this choice and would buy again.

I ordered it for my Halloween costume. It fit perfectly with plenty of stretch. I wore some tennis shorts underneath. it didn’t wrinkle or link during my car ride

Fits a little small and is a little itchy but was cute for a photoshoot for my daughter. I'm glad that she told me the wrong size because had I ordered her her normal size it probably would've been too small on her. She also mentioned and complained of it being rather itchy throughout her photoshoot but nonetheless she endured it because it is cute and it turned out great in the pics!If it's for a costume this isn't a bad little tutu, just plan on upsizing and being a little itchy.

This tutu skirt, made my birthday outfit so fun!! I am normally a 2X or 3X, and this XXL, fit me like a glove!! The fullness was plentiful, the waistband was comfortable, and the tiered layering was an added bonus! I would definitely buy this again.

Tight fit and the color isn’t as dark as stock photo so I couldn’t wear it with what I intended to wear it with but it was the exact match for my detroit lions gear.

I used it for a burlesque circus-themed routine. If you're planning on moving much at all, you'll likely need to remove the liner or cut it into strips (as I did) since otherwise it'll just impede your movement and look awkward. (Also, I'm going to assume that nobody is using this as an actual skirt.) For my own purposes, I cut it and added a snap for quick removal (since, you know, burlesque), but otherwise it would work absolutely fine as is.

It has enough quality fabric and elastic to fit 2XL at great value.

I have a 31” waist and even with the elastic waistband, the smallest this goes is 39”. In the photo I am not stretching it- if I stretch it that adds at least 12 more inches. I thought maybe they meant one size fits all plus sizes and looked for tag, but the only tag had been cut off. So, clearly this was not new. Because it took 3 weeks on Amazon Prime to arrive, I don’t have time to get a new one and hope that it fits, so I’m tailoring this to make it work for Halloween.

Bought this to make my daughters Harley Quinn costume puffy. It is ok for the price. Had to take it in a bit. Just wish it was a full tutu and not pieces of tule falling down from the elastic waist. Luckily it is going under her costume so it still works out.

Ordered an XXL and the package that arrived indicated XXL but it doesn’t stretch ANYWHERE CLOSE to what the size chart says, even if the band had, the slip fits very small. It also looks like the tag was cut right off so I can’t even confirm size.
