6 Pack G4 GX5.3 Lamp Holder Rectangular Porcelain Socket for MR16 MR11 LED CFL Halogen Bulbs with 6" Leads

These worked great for my 50W landscape light with and MR16 bulb. A couple years ago I had purchased some similar sockets form another vendor on Amazon that claimed they were compatible with MR16 halogen bulbs. Sure the bulbs fit but they kept falling out of the socket because the contacts were not providing enough compression on the bulb prongs to hold the lamp in. No such problem with these. They were inexpensive and they actually work. I would get more of these if I needed them.

My landscape lights are about 12 years old and the electrical connections where the bulbs insert are so worn they will often not make a connection. I checked on repair kids but as told the manufacture does not sell them; the entire lights have to be replaced. These connections appear to be direct replacements (even the same shape to fit the light) as the originals. With less than an hour of soldering this should repair my Sterno Paradise landscape lights.

My low voltage landscape lights are 20+ years old. Just needed this type bulb base. Happy to say they’re all back in working order. Very easy to replace and much cheaper than buying new fixtures

I bought these because the price was cheaper to buy this bundle than to buy these darn things individual. I bought it to replace the fixture in my spot that shines X-mas things on the side of the house. Mine got cracked and would no longer hold the bulb in place. It did the job and saved me throwing out that spotlight! I love projecting Santa, a wreath, or Easter Bunny up on the side of the house for all the kiddies! Very happy with this seller!

Great product. Perfect to replace the well-lights. Pennies to repair instead of big-bucks to replace.

I needed to upgrade & replace sockets in my yard lights. Fortunately Amazon was the only place I could find some of the matching components. The listing correctly states that these are porcelain and do have silicone insulated wires, both of which are quality features.

Used these lampholders to convert fluorescent walk lights to LED. 5 of the 6 held the LED bulb securely; the other one did not and went into the trash. Otherwise well made, plenty of wire lead and easy to mount.
