It just doesn’t work. It didn’t came with any instructions, no one answered my messages, and it didn’t accept the return. I had to contact Amazon Customer Service to get my money back. Do a favor yourself. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME EITHER

Came scratched with no instructions. Tried YouTube but the thing doesn’t work. Even though it’s no return, Amazon will at least credit your account. This item should not even be listed for sale.

There are exactly ZERO instructions on HOW to copy (or clone) the codes from an existing car remote into this device. There is no clue as to a manufacturer or website where the instructions might be found. I consider my6self reasonably savvy with technology (30 years as a computer programmer, using at least 6 different programming languages, and several different operating systems; mainframe, desktop, and laptop computers. A half-page of instrucit5ons would be useful. Without instructions, I am concerned that I could render the item useless by incorrect attempts to make it usable.Adding notes:I was sent a page of instructions -- but the resolution is so poor that I cannot read it. I have now found that the design/manufacturing is so poor that if you are not careful, the buttons will "hook" under their openings and stay depressed, so now it has lost its power! I will be returning it!

This thing is junk. Will not do what they claim.

No instructions provided on how to program device. Seller cant provide offered me a 34% refund. What good is that. Asked Amazon for a return credit.
