I’m glad I Bought it but be weary if you have blood circulation problems I would not recommend this product I don’t but it if you have it on the highest sending it will make you're leg go numb and change color but that’s after 15 minutes just take brakes

Recently had hip replacement. I wear this around my thigh to help loosen up the muscles. I bought two different devices before finding this one. This has been the best $$$ I’ve spent in a long time. My charging cable quit working after two weeks. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new one free of charge in two days. Great product and even better customer service!

I returned this because it was uncomfortable to wear it, sometimes I will use to sleep but is heavy and when i use it while seating it feels like is not suitable for my leg, I don't know if this is because my legs are thin

The heat it applies on my knee area is exactly what I needed...I haven't tried the cold yet, so I can't comment on that....I do like the compression part and the fact that it has different levels of compression....one thing that I always need to do is to put it on charge after every session, so that it's all set to go with the next session....

This just tightens compresses and decompresses. That's literally all it does. It DOES NOT MASSAGE! DOES NOT HEAT UP OR COOL!CAME WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS!It gave me a link to follow but it sent me to this webpage that had no specific instructions. I was extremely disappointed in this! Had no real use! For the price I expected at the very least to heat up. None of the advertised functions worked. Will never be buying from this seller again.

It works as I was hoping it would - felt a difference with first use - I would definitely recommend this product !!

Pain relief: After only one use with infrared for one hour, next morning I went for a seven mile run at a pretty good pace and could tell a definite difference in my knee tendon irritation. Just absent. I used again after the run. I will also use it on the other knee as a preventative measure.

I was hoping this item would vibrate while heating but all it does is compress with airbags inside the wrap. Heating is pretty fast, didn't try the ice pack.

The compression is good, heat is good, ice pack is a great idea until i noticed it was leaking from the product insert. The touch screen for the buttons is a little finicky.
