Q: Has anyone figured out how to apply with something besides an iron?

You can use anything that reaches a temperature between 150-180 degrees. Thank you.

Q: Please, might you make this in a wider (18mm, 24mm or 36mm) version?

Yes, fabric iron on labels have 12mm, 18mm and 24mm versions. Thank you.

Q: What is your experience? I have the problem that after cutting the tape the next label got stuck in the printer.

Have not had that problem, ask for a replacement.

Q: Would these work on a polyester fleece?

If the fabric can be ironed (take the heat), then it should work. I've used it on cotton, poly, combo, fleece, microfiber,etc. I hope that helps.
