These are very well made, the mesh is quite fine, and rust will not be a problem. They nicely fit wide mouth mason canning jars.

So much better than the plastic rings with metal mesh ones from Temu. These are very strong and sturdy and the dishwasher didn’t cause any rust. I wish I had found these in the beginning.

Fits perfectly on wide mouth mason jars, mesh is fine enough to prevent small seeds from passing through, but water drains easily. Better than plastic- should last many years. Recommend.

I love these one piece sprouting jar lids. They are very sturdy, really high quality, great design. Much better than the 2 piece ones I've always had before. The others have ended up rusting, even though they are "stainless" steel, because of the abrasion between parts. But these won't do that!

Really like them! For the price, they’re awesome and do exactly what I need them to do. Only had one complaint: on one of them, the wire mesh had a snag on it and would stab my hand if I wasn’t careful. Still totally useable though, just had to be careful when I screwed them on or shook the water out.

As some other reviewers have pointed out: the bands are hard to screw on my Ball Mason jars but they do (eventually) screw on. You would think that something made by machines would fit a standard Mason jar easily.
