I bought three of these for an in-patient hospital visit and post-surgery swanning around. They are really lightweight and silky over wounds/stitches and pretty too. I really like them.They lose a point for the 'syntheticness' of them. They are not silk as described (of course) and therefore are not a 'breathable' fabric, which I would prefer. Don't stand near naked flames!

This was bought for a holiday and I was very pleased with it. The colour and pattern is very pretty. The size and fit was perfect. I would highly recommend this item.
