Q: does it come loaded with kodi?

Yes friend, we have pre-installed the newest KODI 18.1 on the android tv box. But according to the rules, Amazon doesn't allow sellers to ship with programmed fully loaded version of Kodi anymore. So it comes with a kodi but doesn't have the add-ons. You would need to install it by yourself. Just go to youtube and there are many videos show you how to install add ons.

Q: Can you browse the web, and play Facebook games on it?

Only if those games don't require Adobe Flash player (many of them can be found on the appstore or use html5 instead of flash). It can browse the web like any other android phone.
