Q: What is difference of class 2 and class3 shirts

Class 2 - 1 Retroreflective material must be at least 1-3/8"wide, background material of at least 775 square inches, Horizontal retroreflective strip is more than 2" from bottom of garment, shoulder retroreflective strip provides 180° visibility and defines the human formClass 3 - Retroreflective material must be at least 2" wide, Background material of at least 1240 square inches, horizontal retroreflective strip is more than 2" from bottom of garment, shoulder retroreflective strip provides 180° visibility and defines the human form, top arm band placed between elbow and shoulder. Basically level 3 has a wider reflective band and has a additional band near each elbow.

its a man's shirt..I'm 5' 4" and bust is 38B..it is a little long on me..hangs down past my waist just rest above my hips...around the chest area is roomy.. I ordered a Large..but I could use a Medium
