The clamps that came with this were too small for my daughter’s wheelchair. It took a while to get the correct sized clamps shipped to her. There should have been clamps of different sizes included with this order. It was also too heavy (at 35 lbs. added to the wheelchair) for her to pickup and put inside her car by herself. There’s a 25% restocking fee, so sending it back was going to result in money lost, as well as a 30-day return policy.

I got this a few months ago and I wish I had found out about it years ago. it works great, will go over most hard surfaces. I haven't found one yet that it won't that is why I say most hard surfaces. well worth the investment if your in a wheelchair. for inclines you might need a little bit of a running start about a foot or so tops, which means don't stop in the middle of a ramp or incline.

Good concept, but too heavy. We’ve returned it.

Hadn’t had it 30 days and it is slowly starting to fall apart.

They don't tell you until you get the paperwork that there's a weight limit to it.
