Yes and it comes with all the different plug adapter you will need for any country.

Q: Would this pedal still have the Diezel VH4 3rd channel sound if it was ran through a solid state amp?

It will, but solid state will never have quite the same punch as tubed amps in similar wattage in my opinion. 100w in a tube amp vs 100w solid state is very different. But if solid state is what you have you will get a good sound with this pedal...Diesel is bad ass!!!
