I purchased the medium size in the "hard" surface. Excellent fit and I don't know I have them in. They are very slim and comfortable.Definitely will purchase again when need arises. Excellent customer service.

I previously purchased 2 mouth guards from my dentist for $400+. The first broke off in bits in my mouth while I slept. My dog ate the second. Not wanting to go through the digital measurements that are supposed to be state of the art but actually are not at all accurate, I decided to try Sweetguards. It was so easy to take the impressions, their customer service is awesome. Before sending in your impression you can email them pictures and they will guide you if it is not correct. And if you do mess up, no worries, they send two impression kits just in case! The mouth guard is thin, like barely there thin, which made me skeptical, but it is awesome. It is actually quite sturdy, fits my mouth perfectly, and is actually pretty comfortable to wear. Highly recommend!

My insurance/dentist wanted over $700 for this procedure and told me it would take about 3-4 weeks. With SweetGuard I spent about 1/8 that amount (let's be real it would have been around $800 after everything plus two dentist visits...) and didn't have to do much at all.You get a package delivered via Amazon that has prepaid first class postage, an envelope, a basic info card to fill out, a bag of molds with handles and four containers (two sets in case you mess up one) of impression material. You mix the two separate play-doe like puddies with your fingers until they are a solid blue and then pack that into a molding tray. Place the tray over teeth and press down with your fingers, paying attention to get the back teeth fully covered by the mixture. Once it cures in a few minutes you take a few pictures and send them to a provided email to make sure the impression is usable and upon the response can use the provided packaging and postage to mail them in.All in all from the moment I placed my order on amazon to getting my sleep guard in the mail it took just 7 days. Its the best sleep guard I have ever had. It is very strong yet it's slim design makes it the least obrtusive mouth guard I've ever owned and I go through lots of them. They are getting expenseive too. Helpful customer service and a great product. Highly recommended to anyone not wanting to drop close to $1000 at the dentist or are tired of spending $30-$50 every couple months on OTC sleep guards.

I cannot compare it to an in-office dentist's mouthguard (which is why I looked for other sources; it is too expensive!), But I will say I have felt a positive difference. They gave me great feedback on my impressions and sent all the materials needed in one go. The mouthguard fits well, and I hope I continue to reap the benefits of the product! I am so glad I found this company with good reviews and customer service; thank you.

I was really impressed with this mouth guard. In the past I've had impossible to sleep with mouth guards as they were uncomfortable and made me drool, a lot of sleepless nights until I found this one! It's small and fits perfectly. They had me send pictures of the impression to make sure it'll work then I used the 2cnd set for a back-up. The putty to form into the impression piece was easy to mix and mold. I let it set for 3.5 minutes and gently lifted it off for a perfect impression. I highly suggest this easy and much more financially reasonable solution as apposed to paying over $500.00 for the same result!
