The Mediterranean Meal Plan Cookbook is the absolute best cookbook! The content from beginning to end is so fulling. From the story of Neda, her mom and grandma, to the 30-day meal plan (which is such a great idea for those that like to have an understandable plan to healthy eating), to the incredible well detailed recipes, to the photographs (which help so much making a recipe for the first time) ending with the author, Neda Varbanova the amazing creator. I already made many of these recipes which are now on repeat in my home. They are so healthy, delicious, clear and easy to follow. If you want to eat right, feel good and see results with your body (inside and out), I say, order this cookbook today. You will not be disappointed, only thankful you have it!!!!

Easy, Delicious, Quick and Plant Based friendly recipes!
Great book!! The recipes are easy to make & (super) healthy. Neda add some magic touches (spices, or other tricks!) that brings amazing tastes to the recipes. I’m plant based (except seafood time to time) and this book is really plant based/vegan friendly. There is a full chapter on plant based mains recipes. Also, something that I love: before each recipes, there is some information: it can be nutrition info, suggestion of sides that goes well with the dishes, some alternatives etc. I love the 4 weeks plan included in the book, very easy to follow and super clear.I would definitely recommend this book to everyone, any kitchen level!

New favorite cookbook
I’ve followed healthywithnedi for a long time on Instagram. I’ve made many of her recipes before this cookbook was available and they were always delicious, healthy and a hit with my family. Needless to say, as soon as I could preorder this book, I did. I’ve already made several recipes and wow - it did not disappoint! I love her recipes for ease of cooking, healthiness, family friendly, and definitely so yummy!! Rush to buy this - you won’t be disappointed. Thanks for a great cookbook, Nedi!

Great score!
I've been cooking all my life, and trust me, all cookbooks are not created equal. I have tried almost every recipe in this cookbook and none of them have disappointed; they produce delicious dishes, and use ingredients that are readily available. I hope Neda will make another. Highly recommend!

A great collection of recipes
I bought this cookbook based on all the good reviews and have not been disappointed. Every recipe we've tried so far has been delicious! It's obvious that a lot of care went into this cookbook including the recipe selection and writing, the notes about each dish, the photographs and information on Mediterranean meal plans. Thank you for sharing your family recipes and inspiring others to adopt healthy eating habits.

Great cookbook but no nutritional values listed
This is a beautiful cookbook & the recipes look wonderful, but I was disappointed to see that there is no nutritional info listed for any of the recipes. I would think that most people buying this cookbook are concerned with their health & well being and would want to see at a minimum calories, fat, sodium, etc. I haven’t made any of the recipes yet, but they all look delicious!

The ONLY cookbook you need!
Neda has been an inspiration for me for a very long time. Her knowledge of nutrition is amazing. I have often asked her for simple tweaks to my diet. She is so helpful and relatable, and this book exemplifies all that Neda has worked so hard to translate in her life’s work and mission, This book is LONG AWAITED! It has exceeded my expectations by a million. I intend to try each recipe with my daughters, we always cook together and passing on the Mediterranean way of eating is important to me. Neda is brilliant in her combinations and the simplicity in her recipes. I can’t say enough great things about this book. Just BUY IT!! You will be so happy you did!

Amazing, authentic Mediterranean recipes
My husband and I have been lucky enough to dine in the Mediterranean and these recipes will take you back to any trip you’ve had there. I enjoyed her fresh approach and easy instructions. This morning I made the mistake of preparing the shrimp soaganaki, thinking that we would have it for dinner. Oops! Guess what we’re having for lunch? I can’t leave it alone. With some chunks of French bread it’s superb. This week we’re also having the roast beet salad with goat cheese, and the pork with creamy mushroom sauce. I highly recommend this cookbook!

SIMPLE, TASTY, AND HIGHLY HEALTHY! EVERY FAMILY MUST HAVE!
I ordered the book before publication after seeing Neda at Instagram talking about it. I can honestly say that this is probably the only cookery book we have owned where my family want to cook and eat every single recipe. My son of 16 years old, loves to cook healthy dishes, and this one in particular with foods he loves from the Mediterranean, he thought it was amazing! With that in mind we are on a mission to make all the meals within the book. All the recipes are simple, effortless to make with minimal time and effort and accessible ingredients. Most importantly they're totally TASTY AND SUPER HEALTHY!As a Brazilian family, used to cooking and love food with a good seasoning, we're delighted with Neda's cooking book and highly recommend it!

Delicious Healthy: A Must
Neda is very inspirational. Her recipes are delicious, easy to follow and give you tremendous energy. My 3 years old son and I just keep cooking… and she definitely converted him into a healthy eater!!!
