I created an account and took all my measurements with no issue. Then when i tried to reopen the account to take my husband's measurements later, it logged me out. I tried to log back in and was told my password was incorrect. Figured i would just change it and when i tried to reset the password i keep getting an error saying "verification code sending failed". I am not able to login at all or reset the password. I have reached out to the product manufacturers and they have offered a refund. They have also reached out to to app developers to ask for a fix.

I purchased 2 of these same shape, same design, different brands. The battery does not last long on either one. I use these for measuring tumblers before I cut my prints. When the battery starts getting low the digital measurements get off and there is not a reset button. There is a hole close to the battery but it doesn't do anything on either of them. The only way to fix the measurements when battery is low is to remove the battery and hope it resets. The batteries only last maybe a couple of weeks to a month. I thought my first one may have just been bad but this one, a different brand, did the same thing. I need the digital measurements for my tumblers to keep me from having to convert and guess how close the numbers are. I highly recommend trying a different type. This one is not worth the money if the batteries constantly are dying.

This is a handy addition to my weight room. It's made it easy to take and track my own measurements.

Easy to use, but signed me out of the app when I was done and won’t let me back in.

Worked great for measuring your body. I like that it clicks into the opposite side and hold the tape for you secure. The app is great and walks you through the process with prompts.

I tried to get it to pair but it keeps connecting and disconnecting so I can’t even use it for a second!

The directions in the app had same images for men and women and had the same text both for calf and thigh. Replaced the battery after a few months and then it died a few days later.
