I had three different tea kettles save for later the other two a little higher than this one but I was given a $25 Amazon gift card and that's why I got this one because of the dollar amount on the card and I love it is nice and loud when it's when it gets hot the handle is not hot you can just push the thing up down up and the thing flips up perfect I love it

Really like this tea kettle! Appears to be made really well! The Mrs sure likes the looks! She says it’s perfect for our kitchen decor! Handle is very unique and “nope” it didn’t drip!! The price is amazing! What’s not to like?!!

I like this pot. My old one finally gave out. I chose this one because of it's capacity and honestly don't care about the whistle. It looks nice and holds a ton of water. The whistle only seems to work when the pot is half full.

Heats up quickly, is easy to clean, and the whistle is loud enough for me to hear while I'm upstairs.I've ruined a couple of tea kettles by keeping them on the stove too long and boiling off the water so having a good whistle is important to me.

Very nice quality kettle, stainless steel with a granite looking finish and faux wood handle. We use it everyday, and it looks very nice on our woodstove.

My old pot basically rusted out last year. Two replacement pots later, I discovered this gem! The larger bottom is not a problem as the water seems to heat faster! The construction of the pot is wonderful and feels substantial! There appear to be no shortcuts taken to create a quality pot. This pot sets on the back of my stove on a small electric eye. I use a wet soapy dishcloth to remove any splatters from the other burner eyes that may get on the pot. No issues in restoring the pristine appearance of the pot.My biggest praise (besides the loud whistle!) would be the handle! Spout opens and closes with ease, sturdy, solid, and beautiful design. As a leftie, it is nice that the handle does not collapse.Totally recommend this great pot and look forward to many years of use. In case you can’t tell, I really love this pot!

WAS LOOKING FOR A GREAT TEAPOT AND THIS IS LIKE AN UPGRADE OF WHAT TEAPOTS USED TO BE. WHISTLE IS LOUD AND CONSISTENT. GET THIS IF YOU WANT THE BEST TEAPOT.

This was my hurry second choice it doesn't match my kitchen but I neededit in a pinch. The handle still gets warm and I have to push the steam cover down when not using. I'm hoping that will change after more uses.
