Cap is made from stretchy material so it should fit most human skulls. It looks more upscale than wearing a beanie. It seems like it will last a while if you take care of it and maybe don’t wear it every day. I don’t wear mine every day, so I expect it to last a while.That said, I wouldn’t wear this as a “sleep cap” because of the gathered material and design. If you are sensitive (like the princess and the pea) then it will probably be too lumpy to sleep in comfortably. You’ll want a smoother cap for that.
