I downloaded the software used the manual to see how it's set up and the software is so bad it barely responds to inputs and if your lucky enough for that it dosent work anyway because it "can't find the drive" even tho the software is installed.

I bought this to add easy access media controls to my set up. Old reviews mention there were no instructions but mine came with a little booklet that also told you were to download the software. Super simple and fast set up. Love it, works just like I expected it to.

While the device that showed up looked and sounded nice with good key clicks and satisfying knob spin the device does not function as intended at all. After finding several Github and various Reddit posts the device only offers a sing letter "C" when any key is pressed or knob is turned. I'm hanging on to mine currently to see if houses a programable Arduino inside it or some other chip that may aid in making it work but for anyone who is expecting standard, not even high quality, standard plug and play functionality you will be sadly mistaken. Even with the number of scathing reviews (which I was unfortunate enough not to read before buying) this device almost should be pulled from availability anywhere it appears. Including AliExpress, and the like. Buyer beware.

Wonderful keyboard at a great price, the only problem is getting it programmed. I didn't bother with the malware software that everyone complains about. Get the open source software. It's not for the faint of heart but if you are familiar with working on the command line then I recommend "ch57c-keyboard-tool" .

Unfortunately did not read the reviews. Arrived with one switch disconnected and two key caps off. Which is impressive since it was wrapped in bubble wrap and in a box. Easy fix but after plugging it in it gave no prompt for software and theres no information on how to program it. Garbage product.

Nifty lil piece of kit. Bought to use with PowerDirector 365 to speed up productivity. In order for this to work you must download the software from the YouTube video as stated by another user previously. You download the folder from the google drive, place the .dll files in your registry then it will connect and you can program it with the app. You have to program it on a Windows machine and once it's programed you can use it on a Windows PC or a Mac. I'm using it on my Mac mini. Look up Programmable Macro Keypads / Keyboards - Five Things You Should Know! on You Tube and click on the link then click on the mini keyboard folder. You have to open that folder a few times as it has a folder in a folder. Be sure to download all 11 files and put the .dll files in your registry. It works!!!! This thing is awesome!

Like other reviews in here, this thing doesn't come with any software or even a manual on how to program it. It took me over 30 minutes of searching until I found a YouTube video that showed me how to install the keyboard.Now that it works, it is the best addition I've made to my computer for editing audio for my podcast.

This (surpringly well built) keypad is unfortunately completely useless, as it doesn't ship with any software or drivers to setup the keys. The software shown in one of the pictures is non-existent. I searched the internet - - nothing. Too bad, as it is a nice piece of hardware and could (theoretically) be very useful.

Solo una tecla sirve, intenté todo para hacerlo funcionar, encontré el software llamado MINI Keyboard que es el de muestran en el manual después de buscarlo por todas partes y encontrarlo en un vídeo, luego lo intente con HIDMacros y ahí es donde me di cuenta que solo una tecla hace un input, las demás y la perilla no, no sirve.

Had to return it Can't get drivers for it someone needs to make it in English.
