I initially left a 1 star review, because I failed to realize that the ends are adjustable and extend outwards by approximately 10 inches on either end. Some of the reviews stated the measurements were off and I think some didn't realize that it extends outwards. Some have stated that it bends when weight is added to it, so I'll have to wait and see how it holds up. I'm using it for a custom closet project... I'll have to be mindful that it supports only up to 30 lbs. It's super easy to assemble and has a nice durable feeling finish. Fingers crossed for the long term, but I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I search everywhere for a shower rod that would screw into the wall. None of the local stores had anything so once again it was Amazon to the rescue. I was pleased with the finish and quality of the rod.

When I got a $3000 quote for blinds. , I started looking for an option. The twist connections on these are a little cheaply made, but the rest of the material is very sturdy. I like the way my curtains slide on the almost Teflon like surface of the rod, obviously it’s a shower curtain but this is how I used it. Very happy with it. Make sure when you install the round plates that you put the screw covers in gently before you put it up on the wall. Very hard to use the Allen wrench once they’re up especially if you haven’t kept enough room .

This was a great buy. No more falling shower curtain! It's easy to install and has a nice thick black finish that doesn't seem like it will flake off. Worth every penny.

For well. Material is durable. Looks nice. Fit described space well. Design makes it versatile. No rust after 8 months.

Product description showed product with clothes hanging on it and indicated usage in closets. Product description indicated product's maximum weight rating is 200lbs. Product description indicated it was expandable from 29" - 92", which indicated to me that it would be suitable to hang clothes on in a closet with product extended to 76" and and product would be capable of holding up to 200lbs of clothes. Product was easy to install but flexible to a moderate tug downward in the middle and began to bend. When approximately 30 - 40lbs. of clothing was placed on product it began to "Swag" or bend and was obviously not going to be capable of hold 200lbs. as indicated.To me the marketing of this product is deceptive in nature and misleading to all of the product's variable usages. In doing so the manufacture in my opinion misrepresented the product's multi-functional usage and capabilities, which in turn wasted my time researching, purchasing and installing a product that was not usable as indicated.Updated review on 2/24/2024.After the company reviewed my rating of this product they reached out to me and apologized. They offered a full refund and hoped we would give them another chance. I think that was very professional of them and I thank them but I am not seeking a refund. I only ask them to be more descriptive of products actual capabilities and weight ratings for each configuration, plus if extra hardware is needed to accomplish the stated usages. I purchased additional wall mounted supports to add stability and the product now functions as I intended for it when first installed.I feel like the product would most likely function well as a shower or curtain rod but not as a clothes rack as marketed when we purchased it. It did not for us without the additional supports. If the company responds to my request for an updated description then I think I would give them another chance.

We decided to install curtains in place of bifold closet doors in a bonus room. I needed to install three rods, and they were going inside door frames. We tried tension rods for ease of install, and even the "high-quality" ones that were more expensive were total trash. I bought four tension rods, and three arrived broken. We decided to try something higher quality that used screws. After a ton of shopping, we decided on these. I wasn't very optimistic after the failure of the other rods, but these are really nice. My husband was impressed to find that I hung all three rods over the course of about an hour. The package came with many screw options, which is fantastic. I did not need wall anchors for our purposes, but it was nice to have so many choices. They feel very sturdy on their own and also come with set screws. My only complaint is that they do not come in other colors. I really wanted brushed nickel but had to settle for a darker color. Overall, a good purchase. I would buy again.

This was a good shower curtain rod. Solid construction and screws to wall instead of using a crappy tensioner. My length was around 6' so I was worried about it sagging in the middle. Did not happen. Well designed and sturdy. I highly recommend this.I will mention that the included screws are soft metal. Will probably work well if using anchors in drywall. Screwing into wood will strip the heads. No big issue, just stronger screws if going into wood.
