Loose fit, but, you can make it work
I had another of these grommets, possibly same brand, from years ago, that also fit loose. I just recently bought another one, and this one is no different. Some people, like the other reviewer, put stuff around it, like the RTV mentioned.Me, I just wrap around the, "threads" on this grommet, a few times with Plumber's Teflon tape. In the past, I'd wrap electrical tape around the, "Threads", but, it did not survive the heat of the engine too well. Teflon tape deals with the heat better. After that, this PCV valve grommet fits in there pretty snug. I use just enough Teflon tape for tight fit.

THE DIAMETER OF THIS DIDNT MATCH THE OEM UNIT VERY WELL
I had a issue with this that i had to put RTV around it to seal it in. IF i would have just pushed it in it would have still leaked air. It sure fit loose compared to the original one that came with the car. The gap isnt that great but it would surely leak if a person didnt put rtv or something to fill the gap. Other then that its a good product.

Too small for the hole
Literally fell into the hole on the manifold. Fortunately the intake is on the bench so it was an easy retrieval. GT40 tubular intake if it makes a difference.
