easy to use, very good value for money, came as described in the picture. comfortable to use and to store. the only problem is the small magnet in the holes, it's a bit hard for me. the best way to use is on the floor/ yoga mattress, definitely not the bed.

Not at all what I expected, which was a firm foam device that would cradle my neck and absorb some of the pressure while gravity did its thing. Instead, it's rigid (!) plastic that has no yield to it. Or maybe it's the marbles... (cough) "magnetic acupoints" (or however they put it in the description) embedded at strategic points and supposedly meant to help. To me, they're just annoyances that prevent me from relaxing into it. Maybe some will like it. I sure as bleep don't.

I didn't realize how crooked I was lil I tried laying flat on the floor. It was very hard for me, and painful at first. Slowly I started to relax my back and put more pressure onto this device by putting my legs up.This, and two other traction devices have helped me a great deal with pain and numbness.

My camel hump drives me crazy and frequently causes me pain. In 5 days of use it has reduced the size of my hump significantly and I’m having less pain. If I find myself uncomfortable, I can lay on the pillow for 10 minutes and feel better. I will say that the first 2 days were excruciating during use and my neck and back were extremely sore for about 48 hours. It has been well with that pain. I’m so grateful that my husband found this and ordered it for me!!

Some other brands did not come with the massage pins like this one. You can use on either ends up to your liking. Comfortable
