Ticks all the boxes - recommended
due to arrive 16-18 May, it arrived 13 May in 2 boxes (order placed 11 May), early morning, comes as main base, 2 arms and back, very easy just slots together (do arms then back) wiring is all colour coded or physically different connectors, so can't go wrong (needs 2 mains sockets) grey cloth is very nice and soft, motors are quiet, seems to be quality build (we will have to see if its reliable) this chair just ticked all the boxes for me (sizes, features, price, cloth and colour), my elderly mother immediately got comfortable and fell asleep. Only criticism is the control for heat & vibes, the lettering is blue on green, not easy to see in certain light, white lettering would have been much easier, anyway very very pleased with this chair, fully recommended.

Lovely chair, good quality
Well worth the money, fabric feels. Lovely, easy to set up, though very heavy. Love the heat and massage, really helps my fibromyalgia. The only downside is that you can't just raise the legs up, the back reclines at the same time, I'd have preferred that the back could have stayed straight upright at times. But still a brilliant buy.

Excellent design and build with fantastic seller support
Arrived next day. All parts as described. Easily fitted together in 15. minutes. All functions work well. Has been a godsend for helping me manage my severe back pain. Excellent all round product and prompt help from the seller on an issue that was actually our mistake not theirs! Great.

Don’t buy it
Faulty and to much hassle to send back . Faulty mechanism underneath and faulty spring . Only had it over 2 weeks and my son had already fixed it twice
