i got this table for the functionality of the folding sides. it fits well in my kitchen full size but is also super easy to fold one side down and put it flat against the wall for more room! the chairs are super sturdy and it was all very easy to put together. i only had one issue with one of the chairs and a couple holes in the back not lining up but they were stability screws. ill just use that chair for backup if needed :))

Rating only on the condition of arrival of pieces, ease of build and final look after assembled.I have yet to determine durability that's why only four stars on sturdiness yet the chairs feel pretty good. No pieces where damaged and all parts arrived. Instructions where pretty easy to follow just remember screws go in last on any furniture build. I say this when installing the cross members on the chair legs. Tighten the legs first while cross member is in place then adjust cross member and screw in. Fabric is microfiber and looks good, wood is sprayed stained and is really not bad. Overall not bad and true to the pictures. I believe this will hold up to moderate use with moderate care. I don't believe it'll hold up to day in and day out family use with kids at least with the finish being sprayed thin and cloth seats imo unless preventative measures are taken. Don't let that steer you clear of this set it's really pretty good for the price just not meant for daily hard use as most build yourself furniture is not meant for that. I'll update review as time goes on.

I replaced the set that I had because the chairs were too high for me. I’m suffering with a pain in my knee. I needed to be more comfortable.

It takes a good carpenter or really strong person to assemble the set. Other than that it is the perfect set for th space I have. The chairs are comfortable and sturdy, No wobble to the table or the chairs. Chairs are right height for the table. Color is great.

It was as pretty easy to assemble considering I did it alone. I will say that the table I received was not even. I adjusted the rubber spacers at the bottom and it helped, just not enough. 2 of the chairs are also uneven. It's the perfect size for the space I have. I'm still a little worried at times about the amount of weight in the chairs. It says more than what gets put in them, but they crack and make noises too much. I'm worried about how sturdy they actually are.

The set is sturdy, well made. Quality of wood is good. The finishers missed some places on the chair backs when spraying but I was able to fix that myself. Would suggest getting pads for the table to avoid scratches on the nice finish.

It's exactly what I wanted. A nice little set that fits a small space for two. It's easy to assemble and looks like you paid 3 times what it costs when done. It arrived on time and I couldn't be more happy with it. The chairs are padded and comfy.

This dining set is the best we have had in quite sometime. The wood is great quality and well finished. It was also easy to put together. The price was very reasonable for what we got and delivery was sooner than expected. Top notch. We will recommend East West furniture to friends. Thankyou. Gloria and Brian
