I’m in love! After years of searching, trying many different cups made of plastic, metal and paper, I think that I have finally found the perfect cup for me.First and foremost, it is dishwasher safe. All the parts separate avoiding the collection of “grunge” under the slider on the lid. The lid seals well so that liquids do not drip while drinking. The 20 oz size is perfect for me. The instructions for use are clear and complete. They are written in English and French. The print is very small so I used a lighted magnifier for reading.The two lids, straw with cleaning brush and the two-piece infuser are added luxuries. I can now enjoy tea loose or in tea bags without the tea trying to escape while I am drinking. The straw hole in one of the lids lid is wonderful for a cold beverage.The handle is very useful and makes holding the cup much easier. This cup is heavier than some others that I have used but by inserting four fingers through the handle and with my hand around the cup I have no problem holding it.I just ordered another Avodah 20 Oz Travel Tea Cup with Infuser and Lid as a gift for a tea loving friend.Tea-riffick!Added review one year later:I have had three AVODAH 20 oz Tea Cups with Infuser and Lid for over a year. They are definitely my favorite mugs for both hot and cold beverages. The stainless-steel interior is easy to clean for reuse between visits to the dishwasher. One of the two lids has a removable slider that will close or open the lid for drinking. Unlike all the other lids with sliders this can be removed for cleaning. I am careful not to lose it in the sink or dishwasher. The large handle, with room for four fingers, makes it easier for me to carry the cup.There is one flaw that is annoying but would not keep me from buying this item again. That is the peeling of the paint on the outside of the mug. First it came off in tiny flakes and gradually the paint pieces have gotten larger. Most recently large paint pieces are coming off the handle which is now about 1/3 paint free. The probable cause is the dishwasher. I should probably clean out the dishwasher filter more often but that is my only concern. That does not keep me from continuing to use this wonderful mug or to send it thru the dishwasher.I wonder if the manufacturer would consider selling this mug unpainted…???

Just what I wanted for my herbal teas on the go. It keeps it warm and nice for a long time.

I gave this cup as a gift to my husband. He says that it is a really good cup. He made tea before he left for work in the morning and when he arrived home, over 9 hours later, he said that the tea that was left was still warm. He appreciated the infuser portion so he can add his loose tea leaves. Overall, he said that I did a good job with purchasing this cup and tea.

Functional cup, stops spills, keeps things hot. Something is up with the threading on the lid though and at least 70% of the time, this cup is IMPOSSIBLE to open. If I screw the lid on tight I have to bang the cup around the edges to get it to open, even once things are cooled. I think something is up with the threading on the cup that lets you secure the lid from lots of positions, many of which aren't quite right and result in the lid getting stuck. I still use this cup because I love tea and the cup is functional but it agitates me to have so frequent lid issues.
