The print on these shoes is mismatched.
The shoes would be fine if the pattern wasn’t mismatched. I would feel like I was wearing two different shoes, not a pair.

I would not go up in size
I measured between two sizes and went up to the larger size. A mistake bc the sandal feels and looks big on me now.

Size IS everything!
Nothing like a good pair of Birkenstock sandals but the problem was the size. They’re listed as 11-11.5 but how does that translate into Birkenstocks German sizes? if there was a chart to show it would be great. Unfortunately my current and well fitted Birkenstocks have the number 280 and 43 on them, these arrived with the numbers 270 and 42 on them, as a result they were slightly too small. My search continues…

leather is very stiff
I was so excited to get these, but when I wore them the hard leather was digging into my skin, so bad that it was bleeding. too late to return because I wore them once. such a waste of money

Great price for a quality brand.
I love Birkenstock’s, though getting the correct size is sometimes tricky. I have 38 and 39 sandals and both fit well. However these pair of 39 are too wide, even when adjusted. Made a great present for a friend with wide feet.
