Extremely well thought out and organized
This cookbook is extremely well thought out and designed. The amount of information she provides (not just the recipes!) is incredible and really makes it as easy as she possibly can for everyone to meal prep but also eat a bit healthier. I am actually reading a cookbook, lolI have a sensitivity to eggs and she has an egg substitute which I am so happy to see.I am actually getting excited to plan out my meals :-)

My kids are eating more nutritious food because of thai book
I have casually followed this blog for a while and been intrigued by a lot of the recipes, so after reading a few positive reviews of the book I thought I'd jump in. My five-year-old is becoming a pickier and pickier eater, avoiding veggies and only really liking carbs and dairy, so the biggest perk so far is that she loved the chili mac and therefore is eating some! I've also tried the coconut protein balls (using chocolate protein powder) and the kids loved them, and we're all scarfing down the cookie butter, coconut butter (who knew it was that easy to make it yourself?) and cottage cheese with blueberry compote. So lots of sweet profiles there, but at least they're eating healthy whole foods with no refined sugar or flour. Looking forward to trying even more of the savory recipes. The book is well laid out and the prep is reasonable. My only complaint is that there are so many great recipes on the site that I wish were also in the book...her detox meal prep salad is really delicious and healthy and lasts almost a week in the fridge...but I just printed the page and stuck it in there. So far I'm so glad I made this buy!! Thank you, Brittany!

Zero disappointments, 9 recipes in, eager to try more 😋
I ordered this cookbook last Monday. It arrived the following day:) I take a social media/phone break the third week of every month so the timing was perfect…I dove right in:) Here’s what I’ve made so far:Veggie Quiche with Sweet Potato CrustButternut Squash and Black Bean EnchiladasBrownie HummusCoconut BaconSpinach MuffinsCreamy Tahini SauceSouthwest Chipotle DressingCrispy Peanut Butter CupsZucchini Bread Breakfast CookiesI made the enchiladas on Monday night. The teenager asked for more for breakfast first thing the next day…and the next and the next. We only had a little serving left after the first meal, so I bought more butternut and am making another batch for him today:)The coconut bacon is amazing…we’re putting it on everything!!!The muffins passed the nine year old’s taste test and he’s my toughest challenger…this is a really, really big deal!It’s nice to be reminded how good it feels to have food prepped. I even made a mason jar salad:) Different sauces help shake things up.I have to make more PB cups because the first batch disappeared before the teenager could try one.Not one disappointment on this list and I’m looking forward to trying more. Thanks for the book…you did excellent work!

Mostly veggies cookbook is mostly awesome!
The media could not be loaded. Â If you are looking for recipes that are easy to make and at the same time are delicious and healthy this book is for you. I wasn't sure what to expect when I purchased this. I didn't know if it was mostly for vegetarians or vegans. Turns out it's for both and anyone else (like me) who wants to learn how to make super foods taste great. There are some recipes with eggs and cheese(hooray) but if you are vegan she suggests flax egg and vegan cheese. I have made the veggie quiche w/ sweet potato crust, cinnamon roll baked oatmeal and overnight oats(so tasty I felt like I was eating at a fancy bed and breakfast). The butternut squash enchiladas was so good and filling. I also made the spinach muffins and chocolate peanut butter shake. Everything so far has been 5 stars. The contents include, breakfast, smoothies, salads, bowls, sheet pan meals, treats and recipes for kiddos. The nutritional facts include: calories, carbs, protein, fat, fiber and sugar. No sodium info is provided. There is also a nice photo of every recipe. I can't wait to try out more of these recipes. If you want to make healthier choices when eating this cookbook will be your new favorite!

A Cookbook I Will Actually Use Weekly
I told myself I wouldn't buy another cookbook after buying all of the trendy food blogger ones and then only making a handful of recipes from them. But EBF is one of my top 3 favorite food blogs so I knew this one wouldn't disappoint me. So far my husband and I have made the pesto baked feta pasta - incredible!, cinnamon roll baked oatmeal (twice - yum!), and the delicious red velvet smoothie. The recipes are actually healthy and nourishing but not in a "diet food" way. Easy to adapt the recipes to include meat instead of the plant based protein as well. Overall this is an amazing cookbook that isn't specific to any one diet or lifestyle. I have recommended it to both my sisters and would recommend it to anyone on the fence about buying another cookbook.

Delicious, healthy, easy to make meals!
I have been following Eating Bird Food for a longggg time, and let me tell you, literally ALL of the recipes I have tried have been absolutely delicious, healthy, and easy to prep! No joke. Although I already own Brittany’s meal plan ebook and have a ton of recipes printed on paper, I definitely prefer this book. It’s gorgeously designed with plenty of pictures and information. My favorite recipe of all time is the Sweet Potato Black Bean Enchilada Bake, which I unfortunately did not see in this book, but it’s on her website! I literally meal prepped it last week before the book arrived. Like I said, I use EBF recipes all the time. This is SO worth the buy. Trust me. Thank you, Brittany, for making meal planning so fun and easy.

Great easy, healthy meals
I love this cookbook. The meals are healthy and usually include ingredients I already have in my pantry. I love giving this as a gift to all my friends.

Seriously impressed!
I have bought many many cookbokms and this one is amazing!!! it's hard to find a vegetarian cookbook that's really great (and not all "fake meat"). Every recipe looks amazing and every thing we have tried has turned out really really good! Even my 19 month old is eating literally everything I make from this book. I especially love the breakfast and smoothie sections after being in a toast rut. I like that most of it is freezer (or make ahead) friendly since mornings can be a rush as it is. Buy this and you won't regret it!!
