Made no noticeable difference to internet speed as measured on Google Speed Test
Also, the clip didn't lock in solidly, seemed loose in the socket.

Quite an Improvement!
Okay so it's not Cat5e -- but it does appear to be at least twisted pair, and is a superb improvement over standard flat rj11 cabling. The jacket is thin so you can see the outline of the twists thorough the sheath. This is great because as we know, twist pair wiring reduces cross talk and EMI. However, on the note of shielding -- it is not, I hope you gathered that when I typed above concerning seeing the TP through the jacket. So, I would not feel comfortable running this next to any power outlets not along side power cables. On the note of throughput/bandwidth, I would say that for ADSL2+ this is great quality cabling and you may get between 10 and 15Mbps. But, if you have VDSL go with Cat5e and wire it according to USOC pinouts and the for the correct tip and ring or connector type. I have seen a stable 2.15Mbps through a surge protector and a stable 2.8MBps through a high quality filter. Either way, I seen between a 0.2 - 0.5Mbps increase in bandwidth depending on ISP network saturation. If you are going to have DSL, especially lower bandwidth DSL you must have these cables. I would also recommend the SEDNA SE ADSL SPL 01 ADSL filter that I compared in this review: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0185F8L2K/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 checkout my review. Continuing with the filter, I do not know if the 2.1Mbps reduction from 2.8Mbps is due to the Cyberpower surge protector, but I highly suspect so. Therefore, I would recommend that you use a high quality filter without the wall connector. Thanks for reading and give me a thumbs up if this review helped, if not...
