I didn’t like the material

I bought this coat for my grandfather's funeral.The coat itself is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for.However even though I followed the size guide when it arrived it was far to big I could of fitted two of me in it therefore was unsuitable.I have returned the coat and awaiting a refund.

Material is soft, style is trendy.🤩

Not the materials look like don't hang right arms very tight even though I ordered one size up from my other coats.
