Easy Install with New Connectors
Took about 15 mins. The new connectors require no crimping and allow for two switched devices. The hardest part of the install is making sure it all fits back with no interference behind the headlight lens. Quality of wiring is great, plenty of extra length if you need to make a longer run for some reason. Quality of the USB port is on par with others. Not a huge fan of the light on the USB port but that’s easily switched out if it’s not your thing. Instructions are pretty easy to read and understand.

Faulty Wire Harness
The installation was easy. Once installed everything worked as it should for about 40 miles then my headlight was come on and off intermittently. Inspected product and the connection to the light was bad. Now I am out of the return period.

USB port feels cheap
Bought this for the wire adapter. Im going to install a different USB plug because this one doesn't seem like it will last very long. Works well though for now and seems to seal the water out.

Like OEM only cheaper and it works on the USA model
Yes directions are photos with a schematic that looks pretty basic but I figured it out. The key is to know a few things. First get a good set of JIS Screwdriver Set JISPH1 PH2 PH3 4pc Set for Japanese Standard Screws. Standard phillips will work but strip JIS screws. Once you use JIS on Japanese motorcycles you will know why I mention this. They do not strip. (google JIS standard). Take your JIS screwdriver and remove the headlight. See image on screw location. There are two. One on each side. The headlight will pop off and you can set it aside after you pinch the disconnect release on the cable attachment on the back of the light. Then pop off the rubber plug on the USB mounting hole. Remove the locking ring from the USB outlet and feed the wiring through the hole and locking ring. Tighten the ring to hold the USB in place as finger tight as possible. Then feed wires through opening in back of headlight. Crimp connect the red wire and black wire from the USB socket with male ends supplied. Disconnect the black large connector in headlight shell. Place the supplied interconnect between those quick connectors and snap in place. The RED USB Wire connects to the WHITE interconnect wire. The BLACK USB connects to the black ground wire with the round ring at the other end. That feeds through the headlight bucket and out to the ground bolt that is under the headlight. Turn on key and the USB socket should light up. If it does not check the wire connectors. This will turn on with the key. IF you connected the red to red and black to black the USB will always stay on and drain your battery. Red to White Black to Black.

Different, improved versions.
The newest versions shipping are like the image “Brevort” posted. The goes between the headlight and harness, with only a switched positive (with 2 connection ports) and ground (with 2 connection ports). The usb wires are already pre-crimped with male bullet connectors, just plug them in! The only question I have is what size is the male bullet connector I need to add another switched device?

Caution: Tried to follow Tom D's instructions but....
I ordered this exact USB port and am attempting to install it per Tom D's instructions. What I see is not matching up with his instructions or photos. What are these big connectors on the end of the black and green wires? Nowhere does Tom mention a green wire. How do I connect the black and red wires that are attached to the USB port? Where is says, "Crimp connect the read and black wire from the USB socket with male ends supplied." What male ends supplied? What is that? "The red USB wire connects with the white interconnect wire." Where is the white interconnect wire? "The red black USB wire connects with the black ground wire with the bottom ring at the other end." Where is that? I don't see any of this stuff. Any help is appreciated. I would very much like to have a USB port on my CT 125.
