I have been amazed by the recent customer service provided…especially Abby. If you read this Abby you have totally turned around my customer experience.The buds are light, have great noise cancelling. The battery and charging case means confidence that your music on the go is going to last. They sit comfortably in my ears and have not come loose when doing HITT or 6 mile cross country runs.Bass and treble levels are good. My only comment to improve would be to tweak the volume a little.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have been using these earbuds on and off for a few weeks now and my overall feeling towards them is that they are ok. Nothing more, nothing less.The sound is quite god, but nothing to write home about. I've definitely heard worse for this price. I don't really feel the noise reduction is doing anything though. When I have used them whilst jogging, I can still hear everything around me. That's really disappointing for me, as one of the main reasons I jog is to switch off and be outside with nature in my own world. That experience isn't the same if you are aware of all the sounds around you. It stops you being able to disengage with other people around you.The Bluetooth connection can be very frustrating when trying to sync the earbuds to my mobile. Once it's connected, it's fine. It's just that initial connection can take a few attempts and get very frustrating when you just want to get out there and start your run.Battery life is decent. I can get a few runs out of it before it needs charging again. Charging doesn't take too long either.I can have trouble with ear buds staying in my ears generally, especially when running. However, I haven't encountered that problem with these. They have stayed put.

I found the quality of the earphones to be amazing, from the hard case which opens via a button to the earphones itself. They’re incredibly comfortable and has a perfect fit straight out of the box for me, I could wear these for a while with no problem.The sound quality is really good with nice clarity as well as bass and treble. The microphone is also really good as well they do a good job so would work well on call but just a tad bit muffled.Its feature packed as well which I liked from standard touch control allowing me to changing track or volume etc. to my liking. It’s got good range of Bluetooth as well as a fairly good noise cancelling feature that cuts out most of the background sounds.Overall, I think it’s a great pair of earphones, but is a tad bit on the expensive side.Hope you found my review useful.

Nice earbuds with great sound, just slightly limited in other ways.These earbuds are nicely packaged, with a case, spare tips, instructions and lurid green charging cable.The case looks porcelain but is actually just plastic. It has a USB-C charging port on the back and a small button on the front which opens the case lid and activates the charge status LEDs.This is a slightly different style to most earbuds I've tried, and it works well. They are quite flat and light, but fit in the ear perfectly well and stay put. They have the usual love/hate touch-sensitive controls.Sound quality is really very good, especially the noise cancelling. You can appreciate music without interference, and it's almost like having a full set of cans on. Bass is quite deep but not bothersome (a problem with earbuds as good bass from a speaker is felt in the body as much as in the ears). Treble is nicely controlled and doesn't sound shrill.The case can charge the earbuds a couple of times before needing a recharge itself. They pair up quite well and the range is really good from headphones to Bluetooth source.I'd like to give these 5 stars, I really would. That the case has no wireless charging, there's no sound app to balance the speakers and you can't disable the touch-buttons mean they are just slightly off from being perfect, even if they sound as good as I will ever need.

Amazing what they fit into this small package. Just wish there was an app to control and get firmware.
