Exactly as described
Handrail arrived promptly, well packaged and complete with mounting hardware. The welds were perfect, the mount pads were square and fit flat to the wall as they should. The 4’ version I bought was perfect for the 5 steps from our garage to the kitchen. Highly recommended.

Why ?
The handrail is attractive, solid and easy to install. But. The screws are counter sunk and the attaching flanges are not. The screws protrude and look sloppy. Roundhead screws would be a more professional look.Another review mentioning rust has a photo showing my complaint.
