Interesting combination
I had tried some Chinese 'longevity' herbs a few years ago. It was supposed to make graying hairs turn dark again (He Shou Wu or Fo Ti) They actually made me sick. And that's the thing with Chinese herbs. There are so many out there and unless you are actively seeing a Chinese medicine TCM/Acupuncture doctor, you can get yourself in a lot of trouble.I'm happy to say there is no Fo Ti in here. In fact, this herbal mix is fairly pedestrian. The tablets are easy to swallow. Though the recommended dosage of 5 or 6 is listed, I would only take half a dose, forever, period. Starting with 1 tablet a day is probably best to rule out any reaction. If you are interested in longevity then the Taoists have spent a lot of time on this. However, all the bits about ingesting mercury are either veiled language or stupidity. It all comes down to this for longevity:0. Happiness1. Meditation2. Diet (vegetarian best, at least avoid red meat)3. Minimal to no alcohol consumption. I can't tell you clearly enough how much alcohol damages/lower your energy systems. Even moderate consumption leaches years from your life.4. Exercise (both gentle/walking/yoga (fat-burning) and vigorous (aerobic))5. Do not run marathons. I know a number of people who's knees are shot and/or who have had knee replacements. In general the best running schedule is something like 3x a week with a rest day in between each.6. Learn an energy-based approach to live such as yoga, Reiki, Tai Chi, Chi Gong, etc. These will help you be more in tune with your energy and lifestyle choices. After learning Reiki my ability to do strenuous work without as much tiredness really became apparent.7. Look into NMN, CoEnzyme Q, NAC, etc ('Lifespan: Why We Age – and Why We Don't Have To')8. And this one won't be popular, but it's completely true. Men, cut back on your ejaculations. You don't have to cut back on sex. Ejaculation is a huge energetic release/drain from the body. You should absolutely avoid ejaculation in the Winter. You can see the sap of the trees has gone down, leaves are dropped, this is NOT the time to expend your reserves. You can find advice online about frequency of ejaculation. Basically you slow down the frequency as you age. By the time you are over 60, you should not ejaculate and if you do only minimally (like 0-3 times a YEAR). Yes, our culture is sex-obsessed. But with each excessive squirt when you are older you are shaving weeks from your life. You might think this list is too much. But I was at a gathering of family/friends who had not seen each other in >2 years in person due to COVID. I noticed how much many people aged. From barely gray hair to full on gray head of hair. This is due to aging not following the guidelines above. AND, I think especially, from something that most everyone was told they had to put into their bodies. You know what I'm talking about. It's not good for you.I can recommend this combination here in Dr Longs as part of your longevity plan

Give it a try!
I am a big believer in herbal and natural supplements versus putting man made chemicals in my body. As far as Chinese and eastern medicine goes, I only know the basics. Properly attenuating your body for an effective flow of energy is one of the basic tenets along with balancing the elements. It is much more than taking herbs. Mental, physical, and spiritual balance are key. I am not an expert on any of it, but I know that four thousand years of civilization leads to a lot of accumulated knowledge. So does Chinese medicine know how to extend longevity and roll back the clock on aging? I think the Chinese might have some good ideas. Western medicine has hair dye, Botox, and the little blue pills. None of those things help you feel better on a day to day basis. What is the use of living longer if you feel terrible? I believe that is the point of Dr. Long’s Emperors’s Herbs - live longer while feeling better.I know for sure that I am not getting any younger or better looking. I want to improve my vitality. Once again, I know that pills aren’t the only answer. They are only a small part of the equation. I watch what I eat and what I put in my body. I keep properly hydrated. I try to take care of my hair and skin. I try to sleep well every day. I do daily breathing exercises. I do yoga and meditation. I stretch my body to keep it flexible, and I exercise daily.I have only been taking these pills for a few days now, but here are my impressions: I have noticed a significant boost in energy lasting several hours after taking the pills. The bottle says to take 5 tablets a time 2 or 3 times a day. The pills are small - about the size of a lentil, so taking 5 at a time is no problem. I’ve only been doing one dose when I get up. At that rate, the bottle of 300 would last 60 days. One thing I thought was odd was that there was a crumpled piece of white paper instead of the usual cotton ball or desiccant pack. No big deal, just a little weird. The pills have a sweet smell kind of like dried fruit (think prunes or raisins). It is not unpleasant and does not smell unnatural or like chemicals. I am going to give these Emperor’s Herb pills a try and hope that the Chinese know something that Western medicine does not. Ancient Chinese secret, huh?

Great!
I’ve now tried this one and the Advanced Formula and the fact is this: Each one has different ingredients and this Original Formula calls for only 5 Tablets per serving, while the Advanced calls for 6 per serving. Each bottle has 300 tablets too so, the original formula has more servings.I can’t tell you I see a dramatic difference between each one but, I can say I feel either one has helped me feel better when it mattered, which is great by me. I’m glad I tried both and can wholeheartedly recommend doing the same because I think they should be more common out there, especially because most things like this cost more and offer less servings. Anyway, I hope you Enjoy too!

Great Herbal Supplement!
I like this product. It doesn't hurt my stomach. It is easy to swallow. It appears to offer quite a few different benefits. I find that it works best with a good diet and exercise. I enjoyed it more with a little food in my stomach which helps to time the release of the product in my system. I feel generally good when taking this. I would recommend this product!

It may take longer to feel the full effects....
This is a natural supplement and it generally takes a while for the body to adjust and reap the rewards but I am an avid Chinese supplement person who understands the process and the subtle yet important positive effects which it can give us. I've been taking this for 2 weeks now and I can't put my finger on anything in particular, but I feel good, may have a bit more energy when I need it and am happy to be taking this every day.If anything, I think it fills in the cracks of where I may be missing important nutrients and that alone is a very good thing to do for your body. I like it.
