No fresh win 11 install
The laptop came with a win 11 upgrade from win 10. Still had a friggin 30 gb old windows folder on it! Acer said the retailer did it, Thanks a lot ProPrime. It should have had a fresh win 11 install, now I have to do it. Can not recommend this seller at all!

Do not buy this computer!
This computer packed up after 3 months normal use, in spite of never having been dropped or damaged. The mother-board failed, rendering the whole computer useless - and I have still not heard a word from the vendor.Do NOT waste your money, and buy anything from them.

It is fast and good quality product
It's a very nice and good quality product, I really like that his body is all metal. All you'll need is a base with or without cooling so it doesn't heat up. I had it waiting at the office for 20 minutes and it had reached 55 degrees, with no game running, just internet explorer. But once I had it back up for about 10 minutes it had reached 42°C to 45°C in silent mode, which means a base needs it. Like all laptops anyway. It's not just the temperature, but keeping it clean from the inside as well. I have been using it for five days and I am very satisfied with its speed. I am also very satisfied with the seller for his very fast shipping. I had received it on the third day after ordering. The order included as a gift, a case for the laptop and a European type power cable.
