Great price and good looks but missing some features
For the price the sound is pretty good, a bit heavy on the bass and the trebles are good but not the most accurate sound profile.Would be nice to have some eq options in the app. It only offers basically functionality.Overall good product for the price and probably the better option of the sonos 1 if your not looking for the complete sonos ecosystem and it sounds better in my opinion, a bit more bassy and punchy.

Small, stylish speaker
I wanted a Bluetooth speaker that didn't have a microphone or Alexa and Google. I just didn't want another device in my home that listens all the time. This is an excellent product, good solid weighty build, nice simple style and an easy to operate control panel.It's very simple to setup (it uses an app) and you can pair more speakers right away or later on whenever you buy them. I am def going to buy another later on.I use this to stream podcasts or music from my phone (via Bluetooth) during the day when I'm in my office. It's not like an Alexa device that you can ask it to play or find music for you. It's purely a streaming device.The sound quality is good, I currently only have one but I don't feel that the sound is mono at all. I listen to a lot of podcasts with multiple hosts and their voices are distinct. In terms of music playback is good, sound quality is as good as what you are streaming. One speaker could easily fill a room.I am very happy with this product. I plan to get a second at some stage because they must sound great as a pair

Not a Hi-fi speaker
I have a pair of these. Speaker does have a good sound and is good value for money. If you have heard good speakers before you would know that this is not a hi-if speaker. As a pair it is better but still not to be blown away. I assume that s1000w sounds much better and is aimed for consumers who want more from their music, rather that “just listening away, let it play”I use one in the kitchen another in the work room, they are very good for this purpose, listening YT, meetings, etc.AirPlay2 can drop from time to time and it’s pain to continue where it stopped, same applies for BT, can drop unexpectedly when phone is 2m away.
