Works really well!
Performed as advertised. Very simple to pop into the can and stays stored in the can. Perfect for coming back to the project for that second (or third) coat with no mess.Kept my painting area clean... no messy can rings of paint that always seem to sneak in on you.My favorite parts are the flat areas that work perfectly for wiping the excess paint off your brush when working directly out of the can.Clever design. Would definitely recommend it!

Better than expected

Great tool!
The media could not be loaded. And awesome product! I’m a really messy painter and didn’t even realize how much I needed this! It’s very easy to install, I love that it stays in the can, and washing it when you are done is pretty fast as well. For sure recommend for any paint project!

Doesn't fit
The lid doesn't fit Valspar cans or other cans from Lowes. Don't waste your money.

best thing I have tried yet
Depending on who you are painting with, I wouldn't necessarily say "mess free" because there is always someone who can manage to make a mess out of anything haha. But this is certainly the closest any item we have tried has come. Certainly give it a try, it is much better than spilling paint everywhere and all over the side of the can like you are the "before" person in an infomercial.

Its a spout. Dont close!
I misunderstood that the spout would also seal the can at end of use. Its open. No top.

Not Universal, But Works Well
I'm really happy with this ingenious paint can pouring device. We like to do the occasional update to our home by putting up a new color in a room and I have at least 20 cans of paint on hand, some old for touch ups and some new for future use. As others have pointed out, this may not be a truly universal lid as there are some can types it doesn't work on. But for the majority of cans, and plenty in my arsenal, it works great. It's super simple and easy to use and I love that it can be reused. Inexpensive and very effective way to reduce paint mess.
