Was nervous when I saw posts with discolored pans, but it seems like that's due to putting in the dishwasher. They're easy to wipe clean in the sink. Used this pan vs my older thick heavy one to make cookies using a baking mat on each, and they came out exactly the same. Baked really nicely and the pan didn't warp in the oven. Not only can they bake 12 cookies per pan vs 8 on my others, but they're super lightweight and I like the coordinating lid.

Got this for a great price ($8). It's large and very sturdy and durable, so it's on the heavier side. I've used it many times now at up to 425 degrees, and it's still in great condition. No dents, no warping, no tarnishing, but I will point out that I always hand wash and cover it with foil when I use it. Happy with my purchase!

First. I don't bake that much. I bought this to put under my lathe to catch the mess. But it's certainly up to that task. It's flat and stiff and has a nice rolled edge. Funny, the first task I used it for was to catch the cr@p falling off my riding mower as I serviced the motor. It turns out to be a great catch pan for minor mechanical work as well. The rolled lip will also catch quite a bit of spilled oil.

This is a pan. It's made of metal, it's big. You cook things on it. It works for cooking things on it. The things I make on it are very delicious. I hope the things you make on it are delicious. It's easy to clean. I am quite happy with this purchase, despite the fact that this pan does nothing flashy or spectacular.

When I became concerned about the health risks of no stick surfaces, I switched to Stainless SteelIt was absolutely the right decision. I didn't want aluminum for other health risks

Pan seems sturdy and was able to clean it, but it clearly was used and not new. It had scuffs on it and turned over, obviously someone put glassware on the bottom side. There were plenty of scratches and rings. I was able to use it but that was disappointing

This is superior baking sheets. I have been using much smaller versions for a while now, and nothing has stuck. Easily clean with just soap and water. And, the heat seems evenly distributed, so no burned corners. I like this product a lot, and would buy more types of bakeware if offered.
