Noisy
Contrary to some of the reviews I consulted before purchasing this bag, the wheels are very loud. I teach on a large university campus, and a wheeled backpack is a must for teaching in several different buildings. Outside, the noise from this bag clears a path as people turn to see what's approaching. Inside, I have to carry it on my shoulder to avoid disturbing classes already in session. I like the size of the bag. I like that it is made from recycled material, but if I'd been alerted to the noise I would not have purchased it. It was because of reviews claiming the bag is quiet that I chose it over alternatives.

Not for daily use
It’s an okay bag. Has structural issues. But it works for the one day a week that I go into work need to store my life hard workout clothes and notes for work. However I can tell that if I use it on a daily basis the handle will probably deteriorate very quickly.

Heavy. Light color is filthy after 3 weeks of school travel and hard to clean. My daughter thinks it's awesome. So I'm ok with it. She's 9. Drags it and it rolls. Wears it on her back. Tucks in the straps and everything. It seems heavy but she says it's fine and hasn't complained.

Backpack Tears-do not use for books
Bought this for my college daughter for Christmas. Its been 8 weeks of use and has already started to tear due to pulling when bag is filled with books. Contacted the seller and they will not return, nor replace because it has passed their 30 day return policy. You should be aware that this backpack is not recommended for the use of books.
