this unit does not work! it powered on but the cnt (continuous feature ) does not work. you cannot set the humidity eg 35%. the motor triggers but switches off after 5 seconds. thr whole point of the cnt feature is the dehumidfy regardless of the humidity level as per the handbook. i have two smaller desk humidifiers that work perfectly. i live in 400sft studio with ac on. now the unit wont even power on! do not buy - especially outside of the usa. i tried to contact vendor support asking for help - they asked me to send a video. i tried to return but delivery pick up does not call or coordinate when! do not waste your time and money!

I had the same issue as the earlier reviewer. Turns on for 5 seconds and the built in trigger turns it off.

Love it. No problems and use every day.

The quality of the construction, design, and function are all very high quality. The price is a truly great value.The machine functions perfectly, emitting almost imperceptible noise, pulling water out of the air efficiently and giving the user a choice of settings. You can set the humidity level you prefer for the machine to reach and then shut off and go back on when the humidity exceeds your setting. You also can run it continuously, but in that mood I would recommend a drain hookup, which the machine has the option to accommodate. Also there is a sleep mode which has it running at a reduced volume of air.The customer service is quick to respond to questions and are obviously looking to establish an excellent customer base. I think they will do very well. We have had several other dehumidifiers in the past and the Bublue is the best we've owned, including big name brands. It just outperforms the others in reducing the humidity and running so quietly you can hardly hear it! It is also a clean design that doesn't look out of place in a family room or bedroom.As you can probably tell, we love this machine. It is one of the best purchases we have made on Amazon in the many years we have been buying from them!

This works great but the small reservoir is frustrating. We dump it morning and night so we just added two more things to do in a day! It does have a hose where you can put it on a bucket or whatever to drain but we aren’t going that route. It is very quiet and easy to move around. Sometimes the reservoir is hard to line up after dumping and takes a few tries. Overall a good product but just wish we didnt have to dump it twice a day.

I bought this dehumidifier to replace the one I had in my basement for 10 plus years. I was surprised at how compact it is. It was easy to set up & is very quiet. It does an extremely good job of getting the moisture out of the air. The only complaint is the water reserve is small. I didn't pay enough attention to the tank size. Since it dehumidifies so well, I do have to empty the tank every day. Other than that, Bublue Dehumidifier is well worth the money & does a great job.
