Smoke Hollow 6500 4-in-1 Combination 3-Burner Gas Grill with Side Burner, Charcoal Grill and Smoker/Firebox

Works very well and have no issues as of 5/18/15

I have used this for four years and have had to fight with it the entire time. Here are my issues:The smoker leaks badly and had to be sealed after first use and periodically thereafter.The knobs for the grill melted when I cedar planked salmon, and when I called in to complain the manufacturer took my name and address and then told me my warranty was now void because the heat used was higher than allowed.The charcoal bbq is WAY smaller than the grill area and as a consequence you can only get direct heat in the middle of the grilling area. The outer two or three inches are cold.I have kept it covered for the four years I have owned, and the exterior is in good shape. The interior metal however is so thin that it cannot handle the heat of the bbq and as of tonight it caved in due to rotten sheet metal.Overall I have cooked many good meals on it, but the work arounds for poor design are not worth the effort or the money spent. I am back in the market and in no way will in insider Smoke Hollow

Didn't get this on Amazon, but it randomly popped up in an ad, so here I am reviewing it now. Frankly, didn't even know they sold it too.Basically, GET SOMETHING ELSE.Takes forever to put together, shoddy materials don't last and when you do inevitably need to replace parts, they cost an arm and maybe even your leg. They are awful!!One guy at the store warned me not to bother, but I figured his issues (it falling apart, having to replace the burners, knobs, etc) had to be a fluke. They weren't. I should have listened. And now you, dear reader ought to listen to me.NOTHING TO SEE HERE. LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE.

Worked fine at first, then when I got a large flare up all the burner controls melted and they wouldn’t grab on so I wasn’t able to turn it on or off. Grill was out of commission for a few weeks until I spent around $100 and got new knobs. When it happened again I decided it wasn’t worth it to fix it. Knobs should be heatproof on a BBQ. Using a Weber with briquettes until I decide what to replace the Smoke Hollow with.

This grill/smoker combo lasted me two years before the inner components and grill rusted out. I took “Very” good care of the grill making sure it was cleaned and covered when not in use. If you only need it to last a year or two then it’s a great grill and I would purchase it. Me on the other hand would like my grill to last 5 to 8 years especially for the price. This is a very cheap grill combo.

Great grill for the person that likes to do it all! But I bought mine for $300 at a Blaine’s farm and fleet....

Won this when I bought my jeep.Absolute pain to put together, but great when it's finished. I've only ever used the coal side, I'm not a gas griller.
