Delivery was pretty quick, which was great. The gloves are the same ones my mom's doctor sent her home with, which is also great. Our only complaint is the bottle of soap that comes with it. Before we ever opened the box, we could smell it. Once opened, we found the liquid covering the inside of the box and everything in it. The lid to the bottle wasn't even on it. Could have come off during shipment if flown, I guess. Maybe ship it in its own sealed bag so it doesn't explode over everything. If you are sensitive to smells, beware. It is really, really strong.

Was disappointed. The gloves are to bulky to use to put on compression stockings.
