I love the size of this light, it's not too big - but big enough to light up my entire dining area. The light is not too bright (but perfect brightness!) because of the filter on the bottom of the light - this is nice so you are not looking directly at light bulbs. The only thing I didn't really like about the light is the seam on the back of the light where the circle starts/stops, but since this is a "fabric" type shade, there's no getting around that.The color of the shade is more like a grey, with earthy tones, like burlap feel. When the light is on, it almost takes on a more caramel color, and the stripe around it is black - the posted picture is with the light off.I love how the chain is adjustable so we can move the light up or down when needed. Overall a great light for the price, i was looking for a "rustic, sophisticated" and I feel like this light gives me exactly what I wanted. I also purchased the smaller pendant lights for over my island!

The fixture was very well packaged to protect from damage to the large shade. Easy assembly, nice finish. The shade is definitely gray, not a shade of brownish-gray as some have reported. There is a noticeable seam on the drum fabric, but I guess there has to be one. Very happy with this purchase.

It a nice looking fixture however, we couldn’t get the shade to sit level. The center shaft was bent. We ended up putting a washer under the diffuser shade and it sat much better. It’s more level to the eye.

For the price, this is a good looking pendant light and looks great once I got it hung. The shade is a nice silvery grey color and it's very stylish. Easy to hang. However, there are two drawbacks to this item: 1) as others posted, the acrylic light diffuser doesn't seat properly and I had to insert little pins around the edges of the shade to keep it positioned so that it's level (Kenroy needs to address this issue), and 2) I feel that the quality of the shade could be a little better. Overall, it's a nice pendant for this price and I like that it can be swagged with the chain.

I got this light to hang over our kitchen table and it is very pretty. We have it on a dimmer switch and it is really a multi-use lamp for us. I like that the light is diffused and soft for eating under, and I also like that it is bright enough to play cards under. It is a good size, and I've gotten several compliments on it. I do question the quality of it however. When it heats up, the diffuser sags and hangs below the lamp. There was also some trim coming off when I took it out of the box. I glued the trim, and the diffuser seems to correct itself once it cools off – but I wonder how it will last over time.

Just moved into a new home and hated the brass/class light. Saw this and loved the look. Had it installed and changed the look of the entire room.

To echo some of the other users, this can't be beat for price and the overall look of the fixture. The documentation wasn't the best, but installation was straightforward enough that it didn't matter.Like others, the diffuser on my unit does not hang level by itself. However, I was able to reconcile this by placing two smaller washers between the top large washer and the diffuser towards the area that was hanging too high. Once I put on the lower large washer and cap then tightened everything up, the smaller washers force the part of the diffuser that was up inside the drum too much down farther thereby leveling the whole thing out. I hope this simple adjustment helps some folks out!

This light completely met my expectations. For this price, you would be hard pressed to find something of higher quality that still offers the size and three bulb feature. The fabric is very luxe and the piping is not crooked at all, as I think it appears in the picture. It looks fabulous in my dining room and makes it a much more modern, up-to-date space. I love it.As other reviewers mentioned, it did not come with instructions, and since my husband would be installing it, those were a necessity. I emailed the company and they promptly emailed me back with PDF copies of the instructions. My husband, who had never installed a light fixture before, had no problem.
