(Melt Warmer) - Yankee Candle Pastel Romance Wax Burner

Don't buy this item!!! it is very dangerous!!! When try clean has exploded on my handp, cutting my finger very badly.

Absolutely disappointed and distraught. Seller won’t answer and tells me to contact Amazon which I can’t as says no returns/refund and no one I can complain to. Read reviews and instructions. Used first time and carefully tried to remove cooled wax and glass shattered and cut my finger badly. It’s not fit for purpose it’s intended and was expensive.

How dramatic are some of these reviews? Anyway, mine came packed great. Packed in polystyrene and two boxes. I have cleaned mine both 'dry wax' with a knife, and 'hot wax' with cotton balls and this burner has not broken. If you look at the reviews where it has been broken, they have used knives to get the dry wax out and obviously used it quite hard if they have broken it. Just be gentle and this will last. Its a nice burner and at a tenner is pretty cheap.

This item was cheap and Nasty all the clay started to fall out between the glass lm so disappointed it was a Christmas present for my 17yr Grandaughter, she called me crying said she has put it in a bowl of Luke warm water and was using a soft cloth to clean of the wax that had dripped and as she picked it up it just shattered l know my grandaughter shes very careful young lady, it cut three fingers, but she was so sad it had broken, she said Nanna lm so sorry, l had seen it when the clay started to fall out and was suspicious and suggested l would return it but she loved it right up until it broke!!!!
