This is something that I have added and would like to say that it helps but it’s not something that is done alone.Recommendations to get the best results are to make sure that in the morning the first thing that you consume is a glass of WARM/HOT water just as if you are preparing tea and you do the same before you go to bed also. Hot water helps your stomach with digestion and also helps you burn fat. Whereas cold water tends to throw your stomach into shock/harder to digest.

I've been taking these almost every night for over a year now. I do notice they help with my weight when I am making healthier choices (eating better and exercising) but when I'm not doing those things at most they help me maintain. I can say they do help with sleep. On the rare occasion I forget to take them at bedtime, my sleep quality is noticeably different. I also wake up hungry when I don't take them. I will continue to take them, and hopefully at the start of the new year I can get back on track.
