Sounds a bit stupid saying that i needed instructions (and maybe i am a bit stupid) but once i'd worked out a couple of things these were easy to use and did the job.The couple of things that would have been helpful to have on a bit of paper in the box are:1) you NEED to drill a pilot hole with a 10mm drill bit, any smaller and these will either flex, bend and deform or will rip bits of your plasterboard out and any bigger and they won't grip2) don't use a philips head screw driver for these otherwise they will likely flex/bend/deform, use a flat headed screwdriver that goes into the body of the plug a bit and they'll be greatKnowing the above i would definitely buy these again for plasterboard fixings when you don't have any space behind the plasterboard..Hopefully this is helpful to someone else out there looking at these :)

The plugs supplied are well made and strong and fix well in plasterboard. I have reduced the rating since the dedicated driver bit, required to install the plugs, was missing from the delivery. Trying to use a screwdriver bit just shreds the plug and does not install them. I took the non-delivery of the bit up with the supplier and they immediately refunded my payment and let me keep the plugs - excellent service!I have used similar plugs before and have always found them excellent, but I have misplaced my driver bit; so my order was more for the bit than the plugs. I overcame my problem by grinding a broken long screwdriver bit down to fit the slot in the plug. This bit extends right through the plug and acts as a pilot drill for plug insertion.

The picture shows that these will work with a Phillips screw driver, these do not, they are as good as useless and I have used similar but far better in the past. Rubbish and being returned. Also even with a flat head these are useless as the head of the plug disintegrates as you try to screw into the wall in a pre-drilled hole.

Brilliant little fixings, really work well.

Diese Dübel sind absolut Müll.Sie lassen sich nicht in die Wand schrauben sondern reisen ein riesiges Loch in die Wand.Nach 5 Versuchen habe sie direkt den Weg in den Mülleimer gefunden.Nicht zu empfehlen.
