Bought it on discount, a good deal it was. Used it twice. Has enough space. Fits 14in laptop.Bag itself is too heavy. No zip for the compartments, hence things will fall off sometimes. Zipper is not working within two use. Im in search of a service center for this brand.Asked in a Lavie outlet; he denied helping when i said i bought it online.He is asking to connect with the seller here but I'm not finding an option to reach out to them. Tried to reach on Instagram, but no luck. No service center in Bangalore though.So when comes to service, lavie is bad, so bad.

Very good packaging and on time delivery. The bag is spacious. Even after keeping the laptop, there is ample space for other things. Only drawback is that the bag itself is a little heavy, and doesn't have any compartments outside for quick access
